Welcome to Digital Creativity, my little spot on the web to display some of my amateur photography and Adobe Photoshop work.

Based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, I like to get out with my camera(s) whenever I can, especially into the countryside as my main topic is Landscape Photography, which also includes panoramic images. The cameras I use predomintenlty are the Nikon D70s and Lumix TZ5.

Using Dynamic Photo, I also enjoy creating HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography, creating some surreal and contrasting images. Not all photographers are a fan of HDR, but personally I think you can achieve some great results from an otherwise redundant photograph. You can view some of my HDR work here.

My primary genre is landscape, but, of late, I have been wandering over to the realms of still life, macro and abstract. I am by no means a professional photographer, but I love the feeling when a great photograph is captured!

More content will be added to this site as the old year ends and the new one begins. Please keep visiting, and by all means, let me know your comments on my work, good, bad or constructive. It all helps.

A new section to this site. Journal. The idea behind this is pretty simple, but informative (I think). Basically, it will let you follow me on a typical trip out with the cameras, letting you know of other areas etc around with links to their own local websites.

I am an active member of [Phototopix], a photography forum with likeminded people who enjoy Photography of all types. Every couple of weeks I will post a new image from a random member (just to wet your appetite). Pop along and come and meet us sometime!
